Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any Luminous Mind Academy programs. By applying or placing a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.
1. Role of Luminous Mind Academy
Luminous Mind Academy serves as a platform to connect students with specialized external instructors, create optimal learning spaces, and facilitate instruction. We make every effort to provide the best possible environment for exploration and practice, making these spaces and techniques accessible to the community.
2. No Guarantee of Success
While our methodology is based on established practices in perception training and neuroplasticity, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or success for every child. Cognitive development and intuitive awakening are highly individualized processes that depend on a variety of factors, including the child's readiness, consistency of home practice, and environmental variables. Parents must approach this program with an understanding that results vary.
3. Program Distinctions & Expectations
After-School Group Programs
Our group programs serve as an introductory access point to lessons and specialized equipment. They provide a foundational space where students can explore and practice on their own while interacting with instructors. These group settings are strictly exploratory and are designed as an introduction to the concepts.
1-on-1 Intensive Programs
The structured 1-on-1 training programs are more directly linked to the deeper "unlocking" of heightened sensory perception. Instructors leverage past success to guide these comprehensive journeys. However, even in this intensive format, success relies heavily on the dedicated partnership between the child, the instructor, and the parent.
4. Refunds and Deposits
Our deposit flow includes a non-refundable application fee to cover processing and administrative review:
- After-School Group: $50 application fee (non-refundable).
- 1-on-1 Intensive: $75 application fee (non-refundable).
The application fee covers processing, administrative review, and the costs associated with establishing local program hubs and instructor time. For group programs, this fee demonstrates commitment to the launch in your neighborhood and is credited toward your first month's tuition. For 1-on-1 programs, the $75 fee covers the rigorous 3-way interview process and is non-refundable regardless of acceptance.
